I’m Gwyneth — a personal trainer who works through the method of Pilates.
With a background in movement and rehabilitation, I specialise in one-to-one training that builds strength, restores mobility and supports women through every phase — from pregnancy to recovery to long-term wellbeing. I don’t follow fixed routines. I listen to your body and train accordingly.
I offer fully personalised Pilates sessions — in my private studio or at your home — tailored to your body and your goals. Every session blends strength, mobility and breath-led control to help you move better in daily life. Slow doesn’t mean easy — it means intentional.
