I’m a personal trainer who works through the method of Pilates, specialising in one-to-one sessions that adapt to your body, your season of life, and your evolving needs.
My background is in movement, injury recovery and women’s health, and I’ve seen first-hand how powerful Pilates can be — not just for strength, but for awareness, control and long-term wellbeing. I don’t teach fast or aggressively. I teach intentionally.
