The face behind Pilates by Gwyneth

Hello, I'm Gwyneth - Your Private Pilates Instructor

 

I'm a certified Pilates instructor with a background in dance and a personal journey shaped by overcoming injuries. During my years as a dancer, I experienced the challenges of injury recovery, which led me to discover the transformative power of Pilates. This practice not only helped me heal but also strengthened my body in ways I never thought possible.


Inspired by my own experiences, I’ve dedicated myself to helping others achieve strength, mobility, and confidence through movement. I specialize in private Pilates sessions tailored to individual needs, whether you’re seeking recovery, improved functionality, or a deeper connection to your body.


Recognizing the unique needs of moms, I’ve deepened my expertise in prenatal and postnatal Pilates to provide safe, supportive, and effective sessions during and after pregnancy. My goal is to empower women to feel strong and capable at every stage of life.
