Private Pilates

What is Private Pilates?

Private Pilates is personal training through the Pilates method — tailored entirely to you.

 

Instead of following a set routine or group class format, every session is designed around your body, your goals, and your energy on the day.

Using a combination of mat work, reformer training and supportive Pilates apparatus, we build strength from the inside out — focusing on core stability, posture, alignment, mobility and breath-led control.

It’s low-impact but deeply effective — ideal for women who want to move better, feel stronger, recover safely or simply take time to reconnect with their bodies.

What to Expect in a Session

One-to-one attention

No group setting, no routines to keep up with — everything is guided and adjusted based on how you feel that day. 

A calm, uncluttered space

Sessions take place in my private studio in Kouklia (or in your own home on request) — quiet, grounded and free of distractions. 

Equipment tailored to your needs

We may use mat work, reformer training or supportive apparatus — chosen to challenge or support your body appropriately. 

Slow, controlled movement - deeply effective results

There is no pressure to “perform”. Some sessions will feel strong, others restorative — both are progress. 

My Approach

No fixed sequences. No one-size-fits-all routines.

Every session is adapted to your body that day — whether you need strength, release or a little of both. 

Compassion-led, not performace-led

I don’t push for perfection. I guide for awareness, connection and confidence. 

Movement that respects your energy

Some days call for power, others for softness — both are equally valuable. 

Long-term results through consistency, not intensity

Pilates works best when it meets you where you are and grows with you — and that’s exactly how I teach.
