Private Pilates: In-Studio or Virtual 1:1

What is Private Pilates?

Private Pilates is personal training through the Pilates method — tailored entirely to you.

 

Instead of following a set routine or group class format, every session is designed around your body, your goals, and your energy on the day.

Using a combination of mat work, reformer training and supportive Pilates apparatus, we build strength from the inside out — focusing on core stability, posture, alignment, mobility and breath-led control.

It’s low-impact but deeply effective — ideal for women who want to move better, feel stronger, recover safely or simply take time to reconnect with their bodies.

Choose your setting

In-studio

Step into a quiet, grounded space designed for deep focus. Using the full range of Pilates apparatus, we work together to refine your movement with hands-on precision.

  • Best for: Full apparatus access and tactile alignment cues.

Virtual 1:1 - Your home studio

Experience the same expert cueing and real-time adjustments from your own space. I guide you through a flow designed for your mat or your home reformer.

  • Best for: Zero commute, travel-friendly, and home reformer support.

How Virtual works

  • The Connection: We connect via a high-definition video link. All you need is a laptop, your phone or a tablet and a small space for your mat.
  • The Setup: In our first session, we optimize your camera angle so I can see your alignment from head to toe, ensuring every movement is safe and intentional.
  • The Coaching: I use precise verbal cueing and visual demonstrations. It feels less like a video call and more like having a private instructor right in the room with you.

Location-independent Practice

For women who travel frequently or prefer the privacy and convenience of their own home, virtual sessions ensure your progress stays consistent no matter where you are. 

Pregnancy & Postnatal Support

Safe, adaptive movement to stay strong through pregnancy or reconnect your core and pelvic floor after birth. 

Injury, Pain & Rehabilitation

Gentle but effective sessions to improve mobility, reduce tension and support recovery from back pain, knee issues, C-sections, or past injuries. 

Strength, Posture & Core Training

For women who sit often, feel “out of alignment” or want to feel taller, lighter and more supported in daily movement. 

Simply Wanting to Feel Better in Your Body

No dramatic goal needed — just a desire to move with more ease, confidence and calm. 

What to Expect in a Session

One-to-one attention

No group setting, no routines to keep up with — everything is guided and adjusted based on how you feel that day. 

Consistency Without Borders

Whether we meet in person or across a screen, the intention remains the same: to move with clarity, build functional strength, and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm. 

Equipment tailored to your needs

In the studio we may use mat work, reformer training or supportive apparatus — chosen to challenge or support your body appropriately. 

Whether you have a full home Reformer, a magic circle, or just a mat, I adapt the session to your setup and the space you have available. 

Slow, controlled movement - deeply effective results

There is no pressure to “perform”. Some sessions will feel strong, others restorative — both are progress.
